Turkey meatballs and roast veg

How to cook it · about 50 minutes

  1. Oven to 400°F. Cube the sweet potato and onion, toss with oil and salt, roast 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the turkey with breadcrumbs, egg, grated parmesan, minced garlic, oregano and a good teaspoon of salt. Do not overwork it.
  3. Roll into about 24 balls and put them on a second tray.
  4. Add the broccoli to the vegetable tray and put both trays in for 18 minutes.
  5. Warm the marinara and turn the meatballs through it.
  6. Cool fully, then divide into six containers.
