We are the errand, not the shop.
You name a shop and write a list. A local person — an independent contractor, not our employee — goes in and buys it with their own money, as your disclosed agent, and you pay what the till rang up against a photograph of the receipt.
The boundary that decides everything else.
We never hold your money. Every charge is made directly on the shopper’s own payment account, with our fee taken as a separate, published, flat amount — their bank holds the funds, not us. We are not the merchant for anything you buy, we take no percentage of any shop’s sale, and we do not collect sales tax: the shop charges that at its own till, exactly as it would if you had walked in yourself.
What we charge, and what we do not
Our delivery fee is a published figure priced on the work of the run — a base, the miles, a little per item — and nothing on it is a percentage of your groceries, so it does not move with the size of your basket. Fuel and weather are passed through at 100% — we do not mark up a pass-through — and 100% of a tip reaches the shopper, because our fee is computed before the tip exists rather than after.
There is no order minimum and no small-order fee under any name. A dedicated trip for one item still owes the shopper their $8.00 floor whatever is in the bag, so what is cheap is not a discount — it is sharing a trip that is already happening. The people who shop
They are independent contractors. There is no acceptance rate, no minimum, no shift, no exclusivity and no penalty for turning work down — and none of those exist in the software, not merely in this paragraph. They use their own vehicle, choose their own hours and their own cities, and nothing a customer rates them on can change what they are paid. The agreement they sign is public.

One company, one platform, 3 front doors — because a restaurant order, a grocery run and a shop’s till are different jobs and pretending otherwise makes all three worse.
Who you are contracting with
