How to cook it · about 25 minutes

  1. Oven to 425°F. Halve the potatoes, toss in oil and salt, and roast 20 minutes on their own.
  2. Snap the woody ends off the asparagus.
  3. Push the potatoes aside, add the salmon skin-down and the asparagus around it. Oil, salt, sliced garlic.
  4. Back in for 12 minutes. The salmon is done when it flakes but still looks slightly translucent in the middle.
  5. Lemon squeezed over, dill torn on top.
