Bright, high protein, and it holds up in the fridge for four days.

How many people are eating

Written for 4. Everything below is scaled to 4.

What goes on the list — untick anything you have

It lands in the shopping form, where you can edit anything, add to it, and say what you think each thing costs. Nothing is ordered until you send it.

How to cook it · about 35 minutes

  1. Start the rice.
  2. Cube the chicken and toss with oil, oregano, salt and the juice of one lemon. Leave it 10 minutes if you have them.
  3. Grate one cucumber, squeeze the water out hard, and stir into half the yogurt with a little garlic and lemon. That is the tzatziki.
  4. Fry the chicken in a hot pan until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  5. Chop the other cucumber, halve the tomatoes, slice the onion thin.
  6. Build the bowls: rice, chicken, salad, olives, crumbled feta, tzatziki over.

Amounts are on the list above — they change with the number of people; the steps do not.
