Two people and two ladders. Every lag bolt goes into solid wood framing, never drywall alone, and if you cannot find it where you need it, pick a different spot rather than trusting an anchor over the car.

Open the garage door and check the rack will clear it, the opener rail and the car roof.
Find the wood framing above the ceiling drywall and mark the center of each piece you will bolt into.
Bolt the ceiling brackets through the drywall into that wood with the lag bolts from the kit.
Hang the drop tubes, lift the grid on with a helper, and level it.
Load it lighter than its rating, with the heavy bins nearest the brackets.
