Before you start

Studs only, never drywall anchors alone. And if you cannot find a stud where you want the TV, move the TV rather than trusting the anchor.

How it goes · about an hour · some experience

Find the studs and mark the centre of two of them. Every bolt goes into wood.
Hold the bracket up at the height you want, check it with the level, and mark the holes.
Drill pilot holes and drive the lag bolts in.
Bolt the arms to the back of the TV, then lift it on with somebody helping. It is heavier and more awkward than it looks.
Run the cables down the wall inside the cover.
