Mark the bracket heights about four inches above the window frame, and past each side.
Level across between the marks so the rod does not slope.
Drill, set the anchors, and screw the brackets up, with a center bracket on any wide window.
Thread the panels on, hang the rod, and turn the ends back to the wall.
