Before you start

A mirror is glass and a cabinet full of bottles is heavy. Two people to lift it, gloves for an old glued mirror, and at least one screw into a stud.

How it goes · about an hour · beginner

Take the old mirror down. Glued-on mirrors need help and gloves; they can crack as they come off.
Find the studs and mark where the cabinet will sit, centered over the sink and level.
Drive screws into the studs wherever the mounting holes line up with one, and use toggle anchors where they do not.
Lift it on with somebody holding it, tighten it down, and check it with the level once more.
