Twenty-five people is ten large pizzas, or about eight and a half pounds of brisket. Tell us the head count and what it’s for, and you get the order to place — plus the plates, cups and ice, picked up on the same run.
We don’t place the order with the kitchen — you or they set the time, and a runner collects it. For a big order that’s the fastest way anyway.

Ask for them cut into 8.
Ring them first. An order this size needs about a day’s notice. We don’t tell the kitchen anything — you or they set the time, and your runner collects it.
Step three
The bit everyone forgets.
Plates, napkins, forks, cups, paper towels, ice and drinks — the restaurant doesn’t sell them. Your runner can stop at one more shop on the way, so it’s one trip and not two. We add what office lunch needs on top.
1 × Paper plates — Packs of 50 — the sturdy kind if they have it.

1 × Cups — Packs of 50.
1 × Paper towels — One roll per 40 people, minimum one. For the spill, not the table.
2 × Bagged ice — About one bag per 20 people. Last thing in the car.
4 × Canned or bottled drinks — 12-packs — about one and a half drinks a head.
2 × Serving spoons — Trays never come with enough.
1 × Bin bags — One box — an office bin will not take a catering order.

What this costs
We never take a cut of your bill.
The delivery charge is the same whether the food comes to forty dollars or six hundred — a base, the miles from the restaurant to your door, and nothing else. There is no percentage of the order, no service fee, and no menu markup, because we never set the price of the food. You pay the restaurant what the restaurant charges, and you pay us for the errand. The whole card is published.
That is why a big order is where this is worth the most: the bill goes up and our charge does not.
