A local driver collects it from your door and hands it over at the store’s counter or a carrier drop point. Any store — not just ones that signed up with us.

What kind of return

Back to the shop’s counterYour driver takes it to the store’s returns desk and hands it over for you. The store refunds your original card — we never touch the money.Drop off a labelled returnAlready packed with a prepaid label or a return QR code — UPS, FedEx, USPS or an Amazon drop point. Your driver drops it off and photographs the drop-off receipt.

So the counter takes it

It is still inside the shop’s return window.
I have the receipt to send with it, or the purchase is on my account with that shop.
The shop can refund it to the card I paid with. If it would only give cash or store credit, the driver will bring it back — they never carry your money.
The shop does not need me there in person or my own ID to take it back.

Firearms, ammunition or weapons of any kind
Alcohol, cannabis or any controlled substance
Live animals
Cash, bullion or bearer instruments
Anything illegal to possess or to move

All of that is true. If they refuse it anyway, my driver brings it back and I pay for the trip back.

Your driver is an independent courier, not a shipping company, and nothing here is insurance. The refund is between you and the store — we never hold it.
