An envelope or a small box, picked up and dropped off across a campus or a town centre. A rider is quicker than anything that has to find a parking space.

What a carrier covers. Up to 25 lb, 24″ on the longest side, and up to 8 miles. It is a campus errand rather than a cross-town delivery — that is what makes a bike the quickest thing on the road for it.
